  Found toe nails or finger nails in our bed. Funny thing is our coworker found the same in his UPDATE: husband had to stay here again to do a job as there isnt any other options...his glasses were stolen 700$ glasses and the desk people are not on your side neither are they professional in their customer service.

  We are a family of four. We had a lovely stay here, air conditioning in the rooms, June that manager is fabulous and super helpful. Highly recommended and we will come back.

  I stay at this hotel monthly for business and I always look forward to it! Comfortable rooms and it’s always great seeing June there. Best hotel in Hardisty!

  By far one of my best experiences at a hotel I've ever had the man that was doing check-ins last night was phenomenal when it came to customer service! He was informative, personable and compassionate towards my circumstances at the time . He did everything to ensure my family and I were able to get a room in a timely fashion. Thank you Chris for being patient last night I can't thank you enough. And the woman that came on shift just as I was checking out was also just as friendly, and gave me the best experience possible. Definitely will stay there again.
