Our stay here was less than optimal. It’s a one star hotel at best. I give them a half a star just for having good water pressure in the shower. The hotel is dingy. It’s rundown peeling paint ripped awnings pulls green out of service looked like it hadn’t been used in quite a while, based on the peeling concrete around it. This was a real disappointment. I expected something much nicer. We stayed in a king room with kitchenette! This could be a higher end hotel if it was cleaned up and maintained ! The staff was friendly and professional

Hotel needs to be renovated. Rooms were as clean as an old motel can be I guess. The ladies at the front desk were nice. Breakfast was not good. Also I think I got bed bug bites… don’t stay here.

Water up past ankles in the shower, moths/flies in the room, very dirty and run down inside, no soap, no body wash, no body lotion, no shampoo, not a 3 star hotel, gym closed, pool closed, hot tub closed, no elevator, the best they could offer was a 20% discount they said. The only good part was the breakfast or else it would be a total dump.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this has to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I’m not a picky traveler. From the moment I arrived, things felt off. Turning into the road looked like entering a ghost town, sand all over the street (see pics), and I wasn’t even sure if it was a proper road. When I pulled in, there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot, which felt unsettling given how remote the location is. The whole property looked like it was under construction, and it seemed like I was the only guest there. The first room I was given had a broken lock, so they moved me to another room upstairs (despite the hotel being empty). That room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the bathroom setup was careless — two conditioners and no shampoo. When I raised my concerns, the staff didn’t apologize or try to fix the problems. Instead, their response was basically, “Do you want to check out?” The service was just as bad as the condition of the hotel. Even at the low price, this place is not worth it. I stayed at a similarly priced Hyatt on the same trip, and while it was nothing fancy, at least it was clean, safe, and functional. This hotel was none of those things. Never again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it.
