  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <<<<INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES>>>> Booked a room for 2 nights… stayed one night then canceled my stay for the second night. I am so glad I purchased travel insurance so I could get some money back. I called the front desk to tell them I found multiple cockroaches in my room and he wasn’t even phased and didn’t sound surprised. I wanted a refund and told him I am not staying for the second night, he said it was NON refundable. So I filed a claim with the insurance company to thankfully get some money back. Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL 100% see COCKROACHES!!!!!

  Better off sleeping in your car. Dirty rooms, dirty towels left in the bathroom, stains on walls and sheets. It’s been a very long time since I’ve staid somewhere I did not feel comfortable laying down in bed. People standing around premises smoking and staring at guests as they arrive. Noisy ac, flashing light in room keeping me up at night. It is now 1:30am and I’m too grossed out to fall asleep. Truly debating finishing the night in my vehicle, not even worth bothering for a refund. I could not recommend this spot any less.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! My son 3 years, his father and I stayed here checked in June 4th and had to check out at 1am June 5th due to BEDBUGS! I’m highly disappointed on how the hotel has NOT resolved the issue. When checking out and expressing my complaint the desk attendant was acting confused and did not know how to handle the situation. I told him to get his manager or owner on the phone to resolve the issue, he claim he was calling and getting no response. Since we booked through a 3rd party site they said they are who we had to file the refund with. We left and did just that. It is now July 7th STILL NO REFUND!!!! I’ve called the 3rd party site multiple times since and was told they were waiting on the hotel. Today July 7th when I called the 3rd party site they told us that we would not be able to receive our refund due to us not filing a complaint. I have video footage of the encounter in the lobby and was never told we had to physically file a complaint again the attendant was acting clueless and did not know how to handle the situation!! After calling the hotel again expressing my complaint and telling them what the 3rd party is telling us they are saying they can’t help us and that they basically have no parts in the refund when that’s not true because the 3rd party site is waiting on them. We are still on the phone with the 3rd party site as she puts us on hold to try again to call the hotel she then tells us that we will not be receiving the funds because the hotel said they will not be releasing the funds due to us complaining! I don’t know what next steps to take but steps will be taken because this is far from unacceptable!!!! I had my 3 year old who I had to wake up at 1 in the morning due to bed bugs as a mother and parent the anger and anxiety from that was through the roof! If you can AVOID this hotel at all cost definitely not worth the stress! The bed bug was found crawling ON MY NECK!
