  Review for [Hotel Name], October 25th Stay (1 star) I booked a room here for $154 a night based on how nice the pictures looked, but my experience was far from what I expected. When I arrived, they demanded a $100 deposit on top of the prepaid amount, supposedly because they’re worried guests might walk off with TVs or other items. The place was dirty, musty, and just not up to par. I didn't have an extra $100 to hand over and frankly didn’t want to after seeing the condition of the hotel. I ended up leaving and not staying there at all. To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund even though I didn’t stay the night. I also reached out to Best Western corporate, and while they said they'd try to help, I still haven’t received any resolution. In short, I would never recommend this place. People need to know that they insist on a $100 deposit at check-in, and if you’re not prepared for that or for a less-than-clean environment, it’s best to avoid this hotel entirely.

  100 dollar deposit required. Rooms are clean, though need a bit of TLC. Shower heads are awesome with lots of pressure and this hotel uses a water softener so the shower heads don't clog up but you feel slippery in soft water. TV has a great selection, breakfast is ok; pork sausage and eggs, toast, some pastries, cereal, coffee and juice. The hotel has been quiet all of the times i have stayed. The prices are good especially for a diamond member of Best Western members. There is a pool outside

  The outside look like it maybe a nice place to stay. But the inside different story. Upon closer inspection. Cheap everything. Mattresses flooring wall finish bathroom tub old. Roaches dead in room. Rooms not been cleaned good. Would not reccomend even at lower price

  I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past and purposely picked it this time because of how much I've previously enjoyed it but I am extremely disappointed now and have to say that it has gone downhill very quickly. The pool area is very dirty and uncared for. The interior is very dirty, hot and musty. The breakfast is minimal, the cereal old and stale, no juice in the juice machine. The room and bathroom was dirty with hair, crumbs and mold everywhere. The bedding was worn out and had holes and burn marks. The towels smelled musty. Housekeeping never showed up to bring clean towels, empty trash can, replace bathroom tissue or freshen our room even though we requested it twice. There were roaches. They never offer an apology, solution, discount etc. They will only say they hope you will come back in the future and give them another chance. :/

  hands down the worst hotel I've ever been to. had to stay here for a few days while my house was being remodeled and i wish i would've chose a different place. the restroom light was way too dim, there was mold in the fridge, and when we went down to get toilet paper they told us the whole hotel was out of toilet paper!! the microwave didn't work in my room, and when we could manage to finally find someone at the front desk, he was extremely rude.
