  My non-smoking room reeked of smoke and there were stain on my sheets. The pool and hot tub are advertised to be open until 10 but the security guard will kick you out at 9. The only positive was the gated parking lot which made me feel more comfortable leaving my vehicle outside.

  It would have been better if it wasnt for the people down the hall trying to kick who ever was in room 259 door in so they could kick there ass. A little bit of excitement isnt bad I guess.

  I was fantastically greeted by the amazing representative Tracy who went above and beyond for an issue with my booking that was in no part her or the hotels. She provided extreme top level customer service skills and care in the most professional manner. She is a sole reason I would definitely book here again along with the rooms having no issues

  This is my afordable, go-to place any time i need accomodations close to downtown Sac. The rooms are always clean and they provide everything you need- including breakfast. Check in was a breeze, i had a couple requests when checking in and Tracy, at the front desk, was so personable! I cant say enough about how fast and efficient you was... after a five hour drive, i was in my nice cool room and ready to swim. Thank you!

  The stay was amazing. most of the saff was amazing, helpful, caring and goes over and beyond. Thank you to the manager Ranjana, Rupali and Mommna. Thank you Rupali for treating my child like your own and putting cartoons on the TV at breakfast time and having conversations with them.
