The pool and hot tub are advertised to be open until 10 but the security guard will kick you out at 9. The only positive was the gated parking lot which made me feel more comfortable leaving my vehicle outside.

She provided extreme top level customer service skills and care in the most professional manner. She is a sole reason I would definitely book here again along with the rooms having no issues
