  If I had know this hotel was directly next to highway 80, I would not have booked. Highway side of hotel is ridiculously LOUD Take earplugs if you plan on trying to sleep at this hotel. I was not able to shower in the morning, as there was not hot water. They did have a nice breakfast buffet style , juice, coffee, eggs, sausages, breakfast cereals, fruit

  Excellent staff !! Patient . I’ve stayed here numerous times and have enjoyed it Each one of those times. They accommodate to all your needs.

  This is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed out. It is literally falling apart. The toilet was leaking from the tank. The hot water wasn't working it took them over an hour to send someone to fix it. Baseboards falling off the wall. There is only 1 ice machine for 3 floors of rooms. I will NEVER stay here again.

  Great location near freeway. Employees were very busy and still nice, not flustered. Room was clean, bed was fair. The biggest reason for the 3 stars was the bathroom.. There was a water leak in the ceiling in the bathroom (drip.....drip...drip). The toilet was loose to the ground. The faucet was barely usable as it was all the way back against the wall, and loose. Smallish counter top, but adequate. Biggest problem..... the shower!!! Absolutely zero water pressure, you could take a better shower in a light rain (like sprikling outside). Shower head was steaight out of the wall with no adjustment with water coming out maybe12-18" from wall at most. Would I stay there again.... NO. There are other spots nearby.

  Probably the worst Best Western we have ever stayed at. I arrived early and paid the extra money to check in early. It was very nice of them to get me into a room. However, the first room they put us in was on the first floor. I walk up to the room and it looks as if someone has taken a crow bar and tried to break into the room. Upon walking into the room you can tell the beds are just awful. It was dark and dingy in there. I think these rooms are used for people with pets. I immediately ask to be moved and the front desk obliged and said they would call me when a room is ready. Over 2 hours go by and regular check in time is approaching. After me going back to the desk again, they moved us to the 2nd floor. This room was A LOT better especially the beds. Honestly though, still not great. The shower doesn’t get warm and no pressure. The continental breakfast is mediocre at best. Staff is nice. We won’t ever be back! Holiday inn and other comparable hotels are around the same price in the area and 100X better. This place needs a serious makeover.
