  It's really close to the airport and easy off the interstate. Rooms weren't bad. Had a doggie bed in room. Pet exercise area was small but nice grass. It took us a bit to find it as no hotel maps or information was provided in the room. The only thing I didn't like was it was a little expensive, but every pet friendly hotel in Reno seemed to be.

  The place is clean, but people were not happy working here. I asked for a 4AM wake up call, but no one called and I almost missed my flight. For an airport hotel, writing down wake up calls in a book and hoping that the front desk receptionist will remember to call the customers seems like a not-so-great plan for making sure people get to the airport on time.

  There's a lot of street noise inside the room, would not recommend it. Also stay and park WAS a great program. NOW daily parking rates cost as much as being at the airport with the added hassle of waiting for a shuttle bus on both ends. So NO VALUE here. We'll not be staying here again. Accommodations are just so-so.
