  Great value! This is a relatively small property that may deceive you when you turn into the lot, as maybe not being what you expected; but don't fret! It's unfussy on the outside but the room, bathroom and amenities more than make up for parking lot impressions. Your room and bathroom will be cool, modernized and clean with maybe a few aesthetic blemishes that affect nothing about your stay. We had a desk which was a great feature because I had to work remotely for a short time one morning. Plenty of USB ports for charging devices. Reliable TV and Wifi. Staff all friendly and responsive. The breakfast is AWESOME and we really appreciated it and the staff's upkeep of it. You can grab coffee or tea in the lobby anytime of the day or night. Housekeeping will come every other day of your stay unless you request otherwise. We stayed an extra night and the new check-in for the same room was effortless. The proximity to the Parkway/main strip is an easy, close walk and Shoney's restaurant is right at the corner. Your parking spot is right outside your door for easy loading/unloading. Ice machine on property. Attraction brochures and maps plentiful by the front desk. We would definitely stay here again!

  While the room was extremely clean and comfortable, the staff made this one of the worst experiences. We only stayed 1 night and even that was too long to deal with the unprofessional and rude staff. The gaslighting and lying was absolutely abysmal.

  The only thing good about this stay was the location. The floors were so dirty that my husband's feet were black after about an hour of walking around the room. There were guest on the floor above us that stood on the balcony drunk and screaming until 2am when I finally had to call the police dept because they were not answering at the front desk. Then at 8am as I was still sleeping my husband went out of the room to get coffee from the front desk. As soon as the housekeeper saw him she came running, yelling for him to check out and leave so they could clean the room. This caused me to wake up, so I went ahead and started getting ready to leave. At 9am as I began taking things to the car the same housekeeper came and stood at the door of our room rushing us. I politely told her we would be a while due to check out not being until 11am. She just continued to stand there, pacing back and forth in front of our room being Very smart towards us. This was our first and Last time staying here!

  This hotel is in a safest location, good rooms and excellent breakfast along with friendly staff. The rooms are decent too but felt getting older maybe it’s a great amenity for this city however expecting more for best western standards. Got tiny kitchen in the room for extended stay and great thing is that they include breakfast even with extended stay. I would definitely visit again

  Floors were filthy. Shower had crickets in the drain that kept appearing. Everything was very dirty/ dusty. Door was crooked at the bottom with a big space between door and floor. Goose shit all over the parking lot every day. Friend got a flat tire and later found about 6 screws in parking lot. Cleaning lady was a wonderful lady and cleaned everything you asked her to do. Unfortunately I would never stay there again. Funny business in a room a few doors down also.
