  Would do half stars if I could. Bed had hair all on covers,GROSS, dust all over room, bathroom looked like it had been hosed down. Next morning, no breakfast. Asked if it was coming, was told "no we aren't doing it today" with no further details. Decided to leave, spent several minutes @ desk and nobody showed up so we lleft key on desk and called later to check out, was assured we were fine. Were STILL charged for the full stay, and has been 3MONTHS of dealing with 'managers' who say they'll call back and never do, and are RARELY THERE WHEN YOU CALL REGARDLESS OF TIME OF DAY. Save your time money and energy because this location will NOT deal with you well. UPDATE: After MONTHS of back and fort trying to get my money refunded for days not spent, Im NOT told because it was Mardi Gras weekend no refunds will be issued. If this was the case, they would have said so from the start. They just dont want to do their jobs. DO NOT STAY HERE

  I’ve stayed here once before, and I find this hotel overall to be quite good, especially considering the overall value. SJ the manager is absolutely delightful, and Gary who works in housekeeping was so attentive the morning I checked out and made sure I had everything I needed. The only issues I had could happen at any property from a 1-star to 5-star luxury. If I had it to do over again, I would’ve wanted to stay on an upper floor, away from an entrance. And there was also a minor issue with water in the sink and bathroom area, whether it was a leak or something else. I put down a couple of towels and let them know, and they were incredibly nice and attentive. I’d definitely stay again and truly wish SJ and Mr. Gary the very best.

  gave us candy bags gave our mother roses and she also greeted us with a sign to the hotel we are a aau team

  The first room I was given didn’t have any blinds so everyone outside was able to see in, there was also hair under the pillow on the bed so do they even change the sheets? The TV also didn’t work. They moved me to another room and that one didn’t have any blankets on the bed, only sheets and only had half a roll of toilet paper. The receptionist was also caught making out with their boyfriend on the couch in the lobby. Don’t stay here.
