I am a 60 year old disabled woman and I travel with my service dog and my ESA dog. As it says in the lobby I told the front desk at check in that they were with me. I checked in on Monday eve a week ago. When I went to the desk to actually extend my stay, it was 7 days into my 10 day stay that they told me that I was being charged $20/day for my ESA dog, so they were going to back bill me even though they knew about my dogs. Which I was under the impression that if there was going to be a charge it would have been brought to my attention when I declared the dog who is small under 20lbs. Instead they tell me 7 days later and then go back and back charge me. I can understand a charge from then on but to go back was I thought was unacceptable. Plus they advertise to be pet friendly and have no where for you to walk your dog but on a patch of grass by a major highway. My service dog cut her foot in the parking lot and before I could stop the bleeding and wrap her paw she had bled on the bed. No concern for an injured dog just for the sheets. I also have some health issues and have to keep bandages with me all the time. I got blood on the corner of a towel and because of those incidents I was kicked out. The manager even said to me that they saw urine on the pavement and asked if my dogs did it. There were several dogs here not just mine but he asked if my dog pissed on the pavement? I said he might of but you have a hose, use it. Also the TV was impossible to use,the microwave was broken and the beds were hard as rocks and on platforms so you had to climb in and when you are disabled that is not an easy task. The staff was friendly but the management was less than to be desired. And don't bring your dog. So on day 8 at 8pm the manager comes to tell me that they messed up on my extended days on the computer so you have to leave in the morning...nice notice.

I stayed 2 nights at the end of 2024. We paid $65/night which is not a good value for the quality of the hotel, but there were not many other options in that area. Not much was good about the hotel, so I'm just listing the problems below: - Although the room looked clean, there was a dank smell - Creaky spring bedframe - Hair dryer didn't work - Parking spaces were right next to bedroom window so that car headlights were right in the window and the cars were loud - Facility not maintained - The gym and all broken gym equipment, and there were no towels or water - The coffee maker broken, but no one fixed it for the days we were there. No one even thought to put out a coffee pot. There were only abandoned coffee cups left by guests on the counter. - No hot breakfast dishes other than waffles, even though the hotel's description included them. There was only plain white bread that seemed to have been there a while. Only 1 cold cereal was offered. - The location near the highway and the poor sound insulation meant it was noisy at night
