  The room is ok,small but clean. The location is fantastic because there is quick access to the freeway. The front desk people are nice but management leaves a lot to be designed. The major issue is that I extended several times until my house is ready and didn't charge the full price for the extension and then decided to run my card without my authorization leaving my car in a negative balance which is crippled me and I'm still trying to straighten it out. Make sure when they run your card that you're aware of when they're running it. I'm currently disputing it. Just be aware so that you don't go through the same thing I'm going through now for 2 weeks.

  The hotel was nice, and so was the man that checked us into our room. However, the rest of the staff was rude. We had requested a late check out and told they would do their best to accommodate our request. We offered to pay a fee and they said ok. On the day of checkout last Saturday, no one had said a thing. At 11:03am the maid knocked on the door. We told her we were checking out late. She said no. So, we went to the front desk. The girl said they don't do late checkout and we needed to leave. So, we went and packed up our stuff. We stopped again at the desk and asked if we could pay to store our bags until 4 when our ride was scheduled to arrive. She said, "no we don't do that here. You need to take your things and leave right now." Which sent us out at 11:30am in the rain with all our stuff. Thank God for the nice folks at the mall nearby for letting us pay to store our bags while we enjoyed shopping and lunch. When we arrived back at the hotel to catch our ride, I noticed other guests getting cookies as she checked them in with a smile. We got no cookies at check in and will not be staying at this hotel ever in the future.

  One of the rudest hotels this company has!! Was greeted by a very rude employee, check in process was a little longer so was already uncomfortable nothing big figured it would improve by the morning which it Wasn't, different employee at checkout, doesn't come out from the back room but starts nagging rudely about checking out 11 minutes late, I was speechless but definitely won't return here!
