  Staff was very nice. Rooms ok Beds need to be replaced ASAP. Was like sleeping in a bowl. Heater blew cold air while it snowed outside. Over all, ok. 3 stars.

  Very friendly at the desk. Rooms were very clean and updated with a desk area and patio with table and chairs. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice they were. Air conditioning, fridge, laundry, jacuzzi, and the breakfast the next morning was great!

  The outside does look sketchy. The inside has been remodeled. Modern clean rooms and comfortable beds. We checked in using a virtual kiosk. Never ran across this before.

  The staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast they provided was really good! It was my first time staying here and I'll definitely come back.

  Unprepared and rude receptionists. Do not book! The friendliest thing about the hotel was the little mouse that received us at the reception. We arrived at 11 pm because they had 2 roads closed and we had no cell signal. when we finally managed to call the hotel and get some kind of instruction the receptionist Alex said I was supposed to Google it and hung up the phone. We kept trying to contact the hotel but he hung up the phone, he didn't answer and when he answered he was still mocking (even knowing that we had 2 children). Breakfast is ok, but if it's over, there's no replacement (at least with yogurt). Room cleaning has to be scheduled and there is no way to know when it will happen.
