  It's the hallway floors on the second floor and the third floor and they're all going into the middle that means the floors are sagging in my opinion like you walk down the hall and it's like the floors are sloping to the middle are the Isle which is not good

  Quoted one price charged another with no explanation. Said there would be $50 deposit they took $90 and its been 5 days still have not returned it. With today technology it is unacceptable to wait like that for your money, they didn't wait like that for their's.

  If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The room was the most disgustingly, filthy room I have ever seen. Upon entering the room there live bugs. The bathroom floor had clearly not been cleaned as there were more than 10 dead roaches/bugs, pieces of trash on the floor, and hair in sink and on the floor. On the night stand were several spider webs, and it was clear the table had not been cleaned in awhile. I refused to stay there and was told a manager would be in contact to discuss refund. I’m still waiting. Don’t let the online pictures fool you!!! Our room looked nothing like the pics!

  Great hotel we stayed because my mother n law was in the hospital very quiet clean and friendly place the staff is nice the lady there could smile more and not monitor the food area when people are trying to eat that’s uncomfortable lmao but great place to stay at

  Edit: The lady came by our room to personally apologize. We appreciated that and know that everyone has bad days 😊. Would have been 5 stars but the woman preparing the breakfast scolded my elderly aunt for getting too much food. She was actually getting a plate of food to bring back to the room for me because I was injured and couldn't walk down to breakfast. We stayed here last time we were in town and had a wonderful experience. We were planning to stay here every time we came to town but I just can't believe she embarrassed my sweet old aunt in front of everyone! To be fair, the rest of the staff has been very kind and helpful.
