  We have been staying here quite frequently in the last couple of years due to medical appointments.Every time we have stayed the rooms have been spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Rachel has been so accommodating and kind.The service is excellent. There is always coffee hot chocolate or cappuccinos when ever you want it. Always a hot breakfast before my doctor’s appointments. It is in a great location for eating and shopping and a great price. This was our second home for over a year and we highly recommend it.

  stayed here and the front desk person who checked me in was super dismissive and not helpful at all. You really need to train your staff better. I think her name was Emman or Emma, if I’m not mistaken!

  I really like this hotel. Service is always great and rooms are always nice and clean. Rewards system seems pretty good too.

  I definitely expected better from Best Western. Our room was on ground floor and room was fairly outdated and dark. Dark carpet and I just didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was clean. Went for the free breakfast, it was very busy, the usual stuff, some pastries, cereal, toast! Kids were grabbing things and placing it back. I ended up taking a cinnamon bun which was individually wrapped. Coffee is a large Keurig machine which was extremely slow. Location was very good and easy to get to. Would I stay here again? Nope! Room was just too dingy to feel comfortable!
