  Excellent location. Wide hallways and clean. Lobby was inviting. Staff were friendly and personable. Our room was huge and easily accessed from the front door. The room could be a little cleaner. Floors felt slightly sticky, the table had not been fully wiped and the kitchen sink was not clean. The sink and counters were clean and the dishes that they supply all looked clean. The beds were clean and fresh and very comfy. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels. Would stay again for the location and price.

  Room was not cleaned. Spider webs under the AC unit. Breakfast person hovering over you. Was told not to use two coffee cups though the liquid is burning and use tissue instead. What types of random comments are these. Other folks using two cups to prevent being burned as they are super thin. Don’t know why singled out.

  Will stay again! With all the mixed reviews, I tried to keep my expectations low. What a pleasant surprise..... Breakfast was so filling. So many options hot, cold or warm. Self serve. Cereal,oatmeal , sausage, eggs etc. Had fun making waffles. Room: comfy bed, seemed clean and lots of extra towels. Cable tv: more than 20 channels including kid's. Con: seemed the a/c wasn't working in room. However , the window air was quite sufficient for this season. Service: from calling days prior - questions were answered. Smooth check in and out. Even pleasant person keeping breakfast area tidy. Comparably affordable. did not check out other amenties - can't comment. Stay went well.

  The hotel needs a bit of care (fresh paint) in some areas. However, very quiet affordable room with a complimentary breakfast with everything you could want. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and it's a great location accessing the shores of Lake Huron. No need to spend more for accommodations in Kincardine.

  WARNING!!!! Absolutely disgraceful hotel - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - the rooms are old, dirty and have BED BUGS. The male assistant manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and the male regional manager will make excuses for why you don’t deserve a refund (he does not give a shit about his customers only money). The only nice person was the female manager however she was unable to offer an additional refund without the regional managers permission. We walked out the second we saw the awful room and we were still charged for half a night. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
