  This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We're contractors on the road and we get dirty, boots get dirty, so that means a dirty room. Well they only do house keeping once a week. Not cool. They have wifi issues, the guy tells us breakfast is at 6, but yet he doesn't have it ready until 630 everyday. Location is okay. My bathroom has black mold in it, the pics on Google are definitely edited and photos hopped because it looks nothing like the pictures.

  My family and I stayed here while visiting Holiday World. We thought this place had great reviews and a very good price so why not try somewhere new?! Upon checking in we were met with a 100$ deposit that wasn't previously mentioned. 100% refundable with cash or 60% with a card. Luckily the lady didn't force me to pay upfront. I like most family's budget vacations out. We left to go to the room and the door to the property is broke. No key needed to enter. Right beside the arcade no less. The room was decent. We upgraded to the room with the kitchenette. That was all good except the fridge doesn't stay that cold on the max setting. The wifi passwords that are provided aren't even long enough so no wifi the whole trip. Then there's the bathroom. The handle was barely hanging on. There is no vent so the whole room feels damp till the next day. Worst of all the tub stays full of water long after your shower is over, disgusting! Their website says they have cribs available, but that's not the case at all. They had no idea what we were talking about. He said he'd send someone to talk to us and that never happened. The TV was regular channel up and down style. The romote had tape on the back lol which wouldn't have been horrible if there had been wifi. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast so it was good. The hotel is a hour ahead of the park for anyone interested. They did have an electric car charger so I guess that's cool. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no choice. We definitely won't be back

  Booked a reservation 2 days ahead for handicap access room. Upon checking in the room had not been cleaned. The room was the only handicap access room in the whole hotel. We had to move to a non handicap access room which was difficult to use the restroom and the bed was taller. Internet also was not working. Much older hotel and no elevators in the hotel. We won’t stay there again
