  Great room overlooking the ocean. Good breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were so comfortable as well as the loveseat. The hotel itself was pretty full and that made the pool and hot tub crowded, we decided not to go there and that was our only disappointment

  Absolutely a dump. Filthy rooms. Left one night early. This place ought to be ashamed of the condition they consider acceptable. Best Western should remove their name from this property. Does not reflect a Best Western property. Horrible flea issue in our room. Chair was too dirty to sit in. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Beer caps on floor. Disgusting microwave. Hair inside. Broken bathroom tile that slides when you step on it. I could go on and on. Asked to change rooms. I was brought a vacuum and spray to clean our room. All the furniture was torn and broken. Mattresses were old and needing to be replaced. Please clean your rooms or openly put on your website that you don’t clean them. The office area is just as gross. Breakfast and coffee not kept to appropriate temperature. Coffee was cold when breakfast opened. Dirt and crumbs all over the counters. Hot tub broken. Staff seemed almost numb to the complaints. Must be a trend with this place. Gross.

  Gross, not clean food on floor, crumbs in the chairs, jacuzzi tub was filthy, had a gross film on it, room was fairly large, extra small TV, like a 25" where a 40" would have been sufficient. Pool was disgusting hot tub smelled like mold, shower was broke, not a very nice place...

  Well.. what do you say... if you want ice you have to walk 3 flights of stairs to get it.. rooms were nice 20 years ago.. plumbing needs work and a hair on my soap on the sink for first impression. Sure... ill stay here again.
