  Can't bring your food to your room needs to be addressed my wife is handicapped and can't walk around alot on her leg and I go to make her breakfast this morning and the manager comes out and says you can't take food to the room it's management's decision so at this point I have to go and spend more money on food instead of being able to just bring my wife her plate management needs to make some changes other than that everything's fine but not even a number to reach management and the manager blankly ignored me

  The building looks horrible from the outside. I actually thought I must be in the wrong place and it was an abandoned or empty building. But when I found my way in, I had a perfectly fine experience. The room was adequate and clean and cost less than half of the amount I was gonna pay at the competitor five minutes away. In the morning, I was surprised to find a hot breakfast complementary. It was minimal, but it did have waffles and hot sausage. Kudos to sure stay by best Western for providing an affordable bed and breakfast for a traveler who happened to be passing by

  I was traveling and arrived in town late night. The hotel thankfully had an available room when I needed a last minute hotel stay. Everyone otherwise was booked for the night. The surrounding area is somewhat concerning, especially late night. There is no security only a window where you can talk to the front desk clerk as you stand outside. Meanwhile they g hand you your room number and key while saying out loud what the room number is as well as your personal information (address, name, phone number, room number, etc.) with other people standing behind you. Once my room number was loudly announced with another guest checking in and literally standing over my shoulder, it was hard to find the room and so you’re walking on the outside in circles until you find it. The rooms are NOT clean. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned, the linens have not been changed, though the bed was made up. There were orange stains on the sheets. I didn’t even other to use the shower because the tub was dirty… so was the sink and toilet. I managed to take the ice bucket, fill it with hot water and my own soap, use the wash cloths from the bathroom to wash down all of the surfaces in the room. That was mainly to get the bad smell out of the room… it didn’t work. I was happy to have a room for the night when I landed in town way earlier than expected. Got that I am appreciative. But the conditions and cleanliness of the hotel should drastically be improved.
