  Even though it was confirmed when reserved that dogs are ok, I was told at check in that they are not. Was charged an additional $50 and told I couldn’t walk her through the lobby. Nice rooms, but a but furniture is a bit worn. No microwave, no movie channels and Direct TV menu you have to watch the guide scroll to find something to watch. Main light and bathroom light on a sensored switch that times out. Light in bathroom comes in whether you want it or not so squint if entering in the dark. Shower curtain rod is sagging and curtain settles in the center thus allowing water to splash out at either end.

  They are in the process of remodeling the rooms. How kind of them to place us in a room surrounded by rooms they were renovating!! Woke up to voices in the hall, followed by drilling and hammering. Paint chipping off the wall in our room from the hammering. Followed shortly by a request to leave our room so they could hang new blinds. This as we were getting showered and dressed. When I explained that, I was told it would only take 15 minutes!! And I should stand in the hallway during that time in my robe?? And the satellite TV wasn't working the first couple of days. When we asked for compensation through Best Western, we were denied any compensation whatsoever by hotel manager. Even the Best Western representative was surprised. Hospitality? I don't think the manager Randy has that word in his vocabulary. We visit this area often and will no longer patronize this business. Stay away!!

  Wonderful! Patrick and Ken were especially lovely. I'm staying at this hotel everytime I travel to Chicago. 10/10

  Such a comfortable place to reside besides home! Renovations are up to date and the service fantastic!!
