  Requested a first floor room and was told none were available. Asked if we could get assistance with luggage and was told no one was available to assist while 3 young men stood behind the counter looking at me. Arrived at the room and found a sparsly furnished room with one bed. I had asked for 2 beds and was told there were none available. I then told them we would be leaving and requested a refund. I was told they never charged my card and now on my credit card seeing they charged my card for 265.00. Never ever stay there. Sleep in your car, im sure it's much cleaner.

  Stay in room 205 a week ago had bed bugs . Had to leave the room after while checked in. They refused to refund for the room. They had pest control com by to took care of the matter. Spoke to the general manager he said he would return the price fir the room. At the end he refused to refund it.got Pics for bed bugs were on that room.

  This was by far the dirtiest property I have stayed at in the USA. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and bugs in the bed and linens. It was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the receptionist was indifferent and careless. When she quoted $110 + tax for a double room, I mentioned that the online rate was $62 + tax. Instead of checking or offering a solution, she bluntly told us to book online if we wanted a better rate. This was shocking, as most places are willing to match or beat online prices. Overall, I strongly advise staying away from this property. It was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

  Very reasonable price. Which usually comes with a cost. Attached photo's of black mold. 4 stars seems appropriate. Wasn't perfect but for 85$ and a quick overnight stay on a long trip, it worked.
