    The bed was really hard and made my back hurt, the room was super hot and never seemed to cool down despite putting the AC on 60. Breakfast wasn’t very good, biscuits were hard/old. Place seemed a little dingy overall. But the desk ladies were both very nice and were great.

    We stayed here Friday May 2 through Sunday May 4 for a tournament that was in Billings. Upon check in the front desk was very friendly. During the first morning of our stay, my daughter was using her AirPods while getting ready with a friend in the bathroom. When we left, she remembered leaving them on the bathroom counter. However, Sunday upon leaving, we couldn’t find her AirPods anywhere. After searching the room top to bottom, We figured they were in a bag of ours and she just misplaced them. Once we got home, we unpacked all our bags and they were still no where to be found. We called the hotel to inform them we left them someplace in the room and the front desk gal informed us she remembered hearing about them and/or seeing them. She said she couldn’t look in the safe at the moment but would check and let us know. I gave her all my information. A day later, I called back and asked if they found them, she informed me that they weren’t in the safe. I then went on findMy and tracked the AirPods. They went from the hotel to a home address in Billings. I filed a police report and marked the AirPods as lost/stolen. I hate to assume someone in house keeping stole them but all trails lead to that conclusion. My advice is to not made the same mistake as we did and use the rooms safe.

    This was a terrible place right off the desk clerk was really rude to us Megan or Maggie I don’t know her name for sure because she was not wearing my name tag. I work at a hotel and we have to have name tags let’s just say her name was Maggie I know it was something like that cause I asked what her name was but didn’t hear her answer very good. So we got are keys to are rooms and one of the Key card wasn’t working so I went to the front desk and told Maggie it’s wasn’t working she was very rude and side if I make anther card for you all the other card won’t work she said rudely. I said that’s fine make us 2 she made rude noises like I was inconveniencing her. I felt like dam I just got here to the hotel my card was not working like it was a big deal for her to do her job I didn’t make a big deal about It I just smiled and went up to are rooms. we brought our Service with us One of are daughter was walking the dog and he got startle bye they desk Clerk Maggie he barrak once Maggie proceeded to talk to are children with a rude Tone telling them your Dog was not a Service dogs. I really feel like she didn’t need to talk to are children at all if the desks clerk Maggie had questions she should have talked to the adult not belittled the children. This was not the last Time we was to here about are Service dog some guy idk if he was a manager or what But he came to are room and talk to us we told him she startled our dog they are protective of are children because some traumatizing things happen to them I told him we have are dog certified as Service dogs I have paperwork for them he said that he was there since 6 o’clock in the morning and he never Heard our dog at all we said of course not he said that we has to go but my Husband told him why are dogs are our service dogs for are children and he Went and talked to the GM manager and came back and told us we could stay we just have to use the stairs to take the dogs outside we was fine with that. Idk why that front desk Maggie girl just didn’t like us she was trying to cause problems for us. we were just trying to have a great time for are kids birthday and take them rolling skating. Wow!!!! this place. the worst hotel I ever stayed at not only all the crap we had to deal. The room had the most uncomfortable beds couldn’t sleep and ended up having to go sleep on the couch. Super hard beds my husband could not sleep either, but he tried sleeping on their hard ass beds I would never ever recommend this place. Do not stay there that’s what I recommend. we got 3 rooms and are nephew got a room and payed cash his reservation was under our name he told the Front desk clerk that he was paying cash for his room so there was 4 rooms all together. then I looked at my online bank account and they charge us for all 4 rooms an extra 25.00 for or dog which they are not supposed to charging for service dogs. Are dog stayed in only 2 rooms and they charge us for 4 room a dog fee. Are nephew payed cash. This was crazy they Tried to change us for the room our nephew paid cash for plus the dog fee. I call to take to General manager and he was Supposed to call me back but of course never did they are lucky we don’t take them to court the we are thing of taking to attorney. we are disputing these charges with the bank I feel the whole stay should be reimbursed for all this trauma to are family I would advise not to ever stay there horrible place Natresa Wilson & Stanley Bluehorse

    Went to the front desk, and the lady working seemed very upset that I had to interrupt her screen time on her phone. I Informed her that the room had no hot water she said it happens. Really wow, in the morning when checking out I again mentioned it during the Check Out Process and all they could do was tell me maintainence would look into it, ok? Great for the next guest but did nothing for my stay
