  Upon checking in the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and checked my wife and I in with no issues. Once we were in our room we found it to be clean, up to date, and rather comfortable and modern. Showers were nice and everything seemed well enough. We did have slightly unclean sheets noting a few stains. We also had a random encounter with either a guest or a random person knocking on our room door. They quickly realized the wrong door and proceeded to leave. We didn't have any other issues through the night.

  So my nephew who just got stationed in Texas booked a room for 2 nights, upon arrival they state they can’t rent him the room even though he reserved it because he’s not 21. My nephew asks for a refund since he isn’t allowed to due to not being 21 or older and they refused to give him a refund. Is this how you treat our military? Do better, be better! There is no reason he shouldn’t have been refunded, regardless of a no refund policy since he was unaware he had to be 21 to stay there and again MILITARY! Train your staff better!
