  Place was closed for repairs and no one notified me. My reservation was verified the day before and they had been closed for 2 weeks.

  Called them for a reservation and got the national Best Western callcenter. Made a reservation for that night. Drive from Denver and while on the road, received a confirmation email. Pulled in and the hotel was CLOSED!! According to a "work stoppage order" from the city posted on the building, it had been closed for at least 3 weeks. Now jumping through hoops to get a refund since their policy is "no refund if not canceled within 24 hours of arrival.". Needless to say, yhe Best Western callcenter was surprised at this but offered NO help ...nice

  Beware! This hotel is closed, as of 8/20/25, and still taking reservations!! Arrived, greeted by the demolition crew. Stated it had been closed for 2 weeks, due to damage from a truck. Stayed at the motel 6 next door. Same owner. Called reservations of Best Western, promised not to charge me. Beware!! Call ahead to verify it is open!!

  This place is closed temporarily for repairs/construction! Best Western was notified two weeks ago but still made my reservation. Now I'm dealing with ensuring my card doesn't get charged. The Motel 6 next door is owned by the same man. It is not in the best of shape, but adequate for a nights stay....
