  Diamond Elite member here but Ugh!!! Front desk called and woke us up at 8:26 am to ask us if we were staying another night. Our reservation was for one night and they had already given us a receipt when we checked in. On the receipt it clearly said check out was at 11 am. At 10:55, when we turned in our keys and checked out, we asked if calling early to ask if we would be staying another night was a usual practice. She said "we are busy and people want to check-in early and we need to clean the rooms". What??? But we paid for our privacy until 11:00 & check-in isn't until 3 pm. We really needed those extra couple of hours of sleep!! Not happy with this BW at all. My husband is a Diamond Elite member which they also never acknowledged. We stay at BW all over the country. This one is now near the bottom of our list. On a good note, it was right off I-10 & although in dire need of updating, the room was clean.

  Front desk gentleman went above and beyond. He was courteous and friendly. The rooms are a solid 3/5, you get what you pay for. Clean room, beds are comfy, showers have great water pressure. Location is great, right off I-10 and next to a McDonald's. They have semi truck parking which was a huge plus for me. Would stay here again.

  I stayed in town August 30-31st for my godmother surprise party and let’s just say this is the most nastiest room I have even been in . The tub was dirty , we had to be in shoes 24/7 it’s smelled like smoke and mildew . Not to mention I got ate up by bedbugs all over my body when I got back to Houston I went to the urgent care . I reached out to Hotels.com as soon as I was discharged for my refund the hotel is refusing to give me my refund so I will be contacting the news and health department for an inspection.
