Girllll this place is not it, okay? The staff for us was the only good part of this hotel. They were very kind and friendly at check in and check out. They were very accommodating and DO NOT deserve to be treated badly or for y’all to be rude, okay? They are doing their best with this building in its condition and we were super grateful for them. That being said, the actual hotel itself? In a word: dingy. The rooms are clean “technically”. Beds are clean and bathrooms are clean. But that carpet? Girl our feet were black after about 10 minutes of walking around on it. The smell of our room was totally fine for the first few hours. By the time we were actually ready to sleep though it was giving skunk. And I mean you just got sprayed in the face, skunk. We didn’t get the chance to have breakfast but it is included which is getting harder to find at hotels nowadays so I appreciate that. Overall was our stay terrible: no. Our experience with the staff was good and the room was fine for the night. Long term though I wouldn’t recommend it. Mostly just for the fact that you’re paying nearly just as much as any other nicer hotel. If it was only $80-$90 a night, honestly I would have expected it to be exactly as it is. And I would just say you get what you pay for 🤷‍♀️ but for the price they’re charging you may as well go to another one in town

We stayed here for a softball tournament because it was the only available hotel room this weekend in Walla Walla. $290 for the night…absolutely disgusting, pretty sure it was a Super 8 before Best Western. The bathroom had black mold covering the wall behind the toilet, it’s a non-smoking building yet the hallways REEK of burning cigarettes. Right when we walked in our room, it smelt like bleach and was so humid/musty (the mold in the bathroom). Better selection of breakfast at a Maverick gas station. When checking out, the woman was so rude (no greeting whatsoever, rushing me, rude attitude). I couldn’t even express my concerns to her - I knew she wouldn’t care nor would she do anything about it, she just wanted to get us out and talk to her friends that were waiting. Gave 2 stars because of location to the field and at least we got a room.

Boss is a total dickhead with a huge ego. My boyfriends family just went through something traumatic, with a current police investigation going so they bought them a hotel room, and all she has to say for it is telling them “this is not your home” and pissed abt having 6 people in one room. How insensitive do you have to be as a person smh. Even the cops are annoyed LOL!

Clean, reasonably comfortable, reasonably quiet. Front desk staff competent and friendly. However, it seems the room hasn't had carpeting or upholstery renewed recently and there seems to be a lingering smell of smoke, partially masked by some chemical. Also, though not relevant to us, something that could matter to others: the accessible entrance is not through the lobby. Instead, you have to go out to the parking lot and enter through a side door, one that has a sign that says it's locked after 11 pm. Finally, I don't know if the hotel or the Internet booking site is responsible for this, but "good breakfast" advertised for what was a decidedly mediocre offering, almost completely devoid of protein offerings, and quite lackluster outside of that too. I would consider this acceptable for the kind of modest hotel this place is, but would absolutely object to it being advertised as "good".
