    Was a last minute decision to stay here. Bed was not comfortable and was charged an additional fee when we left. They said it was from smoking in the room. When I started to ask how all she could say was she wasn't going to argue with me and I was lucky it I wasn't charged more. First off we dont even smoke and second I use to work at a motel and they dont air out like that. If anyone is in need of a room for cheap id stay at the motel 6 near there. Never again will I stay at that place especially when their managers are as rude as they are.

    The young ladies at the front desk were more into the phones than checking guests in. Hotel is being renovated, so it's a bit noisy and dusty during the day. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Plenty of parking, even for semi trucks.

    Not the standard expected of a Best Western. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The rooms have been redone but the outside is still undergoing changes .... work is done between check out and check in times. The smallest bathrooms! No elevator. Handicap entrance on the side of hotel as access from the lobby would be impossible in a wheelchair ... there are 4 or 5 steps. Full breakfast is provided. Hotel is just ok .... would not return

    Our employee was set up for a three-night stay, and this hotel book it in their system for only one. They held his items hostage until they could check the cameras to see if it was theft or a maid. After receiving the items back and many phone calls to get a correct story for company files they refused to give any explanation other than a maid misplaced it. No explanation as to their poor customer service or how the situation has been handled. As a business we take our employees' safety seriously, and strongly discourage any other business who may have traveling employees from using this hotel. They refused any sort of compensation of the time we spent as a company tracking everything down, and our employee was in fear his entire stay. Beware of booking here. Companies, families, or even just passing through, I urge you to use caution.
