  I recently had the opportunity to stay at the SureStay by Best Western Sunnyvale. The check-in process was efficient and the front desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable. A hidden gem with a perfect location! Within walking distance to Levis Stadium. The breakfast spread was an attraction in itself, with something for everyone. Clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. We'll be back for sure. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, accurately reflecting the hotel's online presentation. The bed and linens provided excellent sleep quality, a crucial factor during a busy work trip. Ample outlets and a functional, well-lit workspace were highly appreciated I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and anticipate returning on future visits to the area.

  Ok, ok, the hotel is a tad dated and the lobby smells a bit. But it’s clean and where do you get a Laz-y-boy in your room for $100 per night only 5 min away from the convention center? Exactly!

  They have BEDBUGS & MOLD . I stayed for 2 nights was charged 3 times with duplicate charges. They wouldn’t refund the extra charge they did without my permission so I had to dispute through the bank. My first room 101 had the worst heaviest MOLD smell I ever smelled in my life it was so thick in the air even my dog was coughing. The second room they switched me 128 was infested with BED BUGS. They were literally crawling across my pillow near my face . I killed about 15 of them in 2 minutes time & the hotel wouldn’t switch my rooms so I literally checked out at 10pm after being charged twice for that day. Management has done nothing to fix this horrible experience. I stayed in hotels often and never ever experienced mold and bed bugs and then double charges. U can even see the blood from the bugs on the sheets

  Great prices, nice rooms, free parking, great and friendly staff, breakfast included and close to Santa Clara Convention Center. Best buy for the price.

  I booked three rooms two of the three were clean when we arrived we had to go into the room of one of our friends in order to start getting ready for the Morgan Wallen concert I understand this was a huge concert in the hotel was probably booked solid but there's really no excuse for our room not to be ready by 3:00 p.m.. the front desk did call immediately for someone to get the room cleaned ASAP which was done. The continental breakfast was very nice everything was clean and in order so we appreciated that after a long day and night.
