  The hotel's location is convenient for my needs. However, the quality of our recent accommodations has been subpar. Previous stays revealed pest infestations and generally underwhelming conditions. Over the past three weeks of weekly stays, a decline in service quality is evident. Communication with room service has been poor, and overall service is minimal. The hotel's convenient location is beneficial given my work in this area. While I wouldn't categorize the hotel as terrible, I recommend prospective guests carefully assess their surroundings and inspect their rooms thoroughly. I appreciate the staff's accommodating checkout procedures, allowing ample time for departure.

  I’ve been staying at this hotel off and on for over a month and I am happy to have found it. It’s like a little hidden gem. The property is well maintained the staff is helpful and nice the rooms are up to date and clean. I read other reviews and sure I could knit pick but you can with any property. The recently added laundry and I imagine that it’s only going to be better. You see the manager constantly walking around the property working this ensures me that people know there is a presence and it makes it a-lot safer. There has been only 1 or two incident that were handled promptly. There are no sketchy people around and if there were they are no longer. If you are in this area definitely give this place a try you won’t be let down.

  I'm a diamond select member who always use Best Western when possible for traveling. My first visit to this location. I've been here since being unable to get a flight home & the manager & staff has truly been amazing!! They're definitely a group of awesome people here😊
