  The worst service ever I have met. We asked the front desk an extra blanket for our child, they said we don’t have it and heater should be enough. We asked for a fork, they said no they don’t have it but they have a lot in the next morning breakfast. They have no fruits, waffle machine, eggs or sausage which I thought they are supposed to have. And we asked them to refill the Waffle, their people just wear their earphones until I increased my voice.

  I visited on Saturday, September 11. Not only were the rooms not to my standards but the front desk was absolutely rude and discouraging. I will never stay here just because of the one guy.

  One of the worst hotels with a rude management I tried to book online for some reason my payment didn't go through so I went there and right when we get there my wife noticed some guys playing loud music and drinking alcohol in front of everybody. I went inside to ask them how can I fix my online issue and process the payment, the front desk which is the guy from india was rude and he didn't even offer help and he said sorry we sold out while it was showing online that they still have rooms available, they need to educate that guy before have him there.

  Quite disappointing. The bathroom tub leaked all night, very low water pressure, bathroom not clean. While it says ADA you can't get a wheelchair around in the room.
