  !!!!!!BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! I am writing this to share my experience and to give other travelers a heads up. This hotel is a scam. I had a trip planned and because of the hotel having a sewage issue I had to cancel. ( We were on a group trip and others arrived prior and had been given the room when they switched them rooms they tried to give the same room to a new person in our group not knowing they were apart of the same group) They were completely dismissive when I called prior to confirm my booking. I booked through Expedia for two beds the person on the phone stated that I booked through Priceline for one king bed when in fact I did not and I had all of my confirmations to support that information. When I called to confirm and speak to a manager they completely disregarded my booking and stated it was not my problem and that I would have to call Expedia. When I called Expedia they said they were trying to call the hotel but they refused to answer which prompted me to call the hotel again. The manager was horrible he didn’t care the gentleman working did not care and simply said it wasn’t his problem. I tried to received clarification on my booking as well as wanting to make sure I would not get the room with the sewage problem. Do not book here, they are disrespectful. They stole my money for my room and refused to refund me when I did not end up staying at the hotel due to a HEALTH HAZARD. Consumers beware they are a scam

  All around decent hotel with good customer service. However it was way overpriced. The hotel could have been cleaner also. For the amount of money that you pay per night, you would think they would serve more than bread and muffins for breakfast. That was a bit disappointing.

  Rooms were a decent size and clean, and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking was also convenient. But the breakfast was a complete disaster. For the price you pay per night, all they offer is bread, yogurt, coffe, and cereal, nothing else. To make matters worse, at 9:30 a.m. sharp the cleaning crew stormed in and started taking everything away while people were still sitting and eating. They had zero respect for guests. One of them even dumped a trash bag on the chair where I was sitting, while I had just stood up for more cereal. That’s not only rude, it’s disgusting and unacceptable in a hotel that carries the Best Western name. Because of this, I can’t rate higher than 3 stars

  This is by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. When we arrived the manager was rude right away to my kids. We got the worst room downstairs when we walked in it reaked like mold. Clearly someone had flooded the bathroom as half the back side of tbe door was missing from being wet. No proper ventalation couldnt even open the windows becauae they didnt have screens. The beds suck my back is killing me. I was REFUSED towels to take a shower there was 4 of us for 2 nights and i was told i was given enough towels. Also only given one roll of t.p. parking is also a mess. Loud noisy all around all night depsite being in the back of the hotel. The "blackout" curtains did not even work and i had bright parking lot lights shining into my bed all night. ZERO STARRS
