  I would avoid this hotel or at least stay here with caution. There are so many other options out there. In the fifteen minutes I spent in the lobby, while I checked in, three people came in looking for a parking space. They all had the same conversation with the front desk clerk. Customer: “there’s no parking, can I park in the reserved spot?” Clerk: “No, the lot is full” Customer: “but your website says you have parking for guests” Clerk: “we have limited parking, you need to try earlier” Customer: “so what do I do” Clerk: “park on the street or somewhere else around here” (note: no advice on the prevalence of break-ins and window smashing) Customer: *speechless* Point is, the hotel has about ten spots so they can advertise “free parking” for their guests, but there is absolutely no possibility of all of the guests finding a spot to park. This is scammy to me. The hotel opens directly to the street, anyone could wander directly to your room. There was daylight visible through my door, meaning the lock did not seal at all. This is a security risk. As a single female, I do not feel safe staying here and will not come again.

  C'était propre et l'accueil est super. Malheureusement le gardien laisse les gens crier dans les passages toute la nuit. Ça nous a réveillés plusieurs fois.

  Great Hotel that's Close to alot of restaurants and bars! The staff was super friendly and helpful when asked for recommendations! The rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable aswell! Seems like they just remodeled so everything is new and neat!

  Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement idéal pour aller visiter San Francisco et ses alentours proche du port et de toutes les facilités de San Francisco il y a une dizaine de places de stationnement pour les clients possibilité de stationner dans la rue sinon le confort des chambres et très bien avec des produits cosmétiques, un frigo avec un mini congélateur intégré, un coffre-fort et un micro-ondes. nous avions hésité à prendre cet hôtel à cause des avis sur le petit-déjeuner notamment et sur le bruit qui était régulièrement cité, nous sommes arrivés un samedi matin et repartis un mardi matin, nous avons donc passé trois nuits. la première nuit a été assez compliquée puisque il s'agissait d'un weekend en effet les couloirs sont bruyants jusqu'à environ 3h du matin, hors weekend cela ne pose aucun souci, cela n'est pas bruyant du tout. concernant le petit-déjeuner, je ne suis pas du tout d'accord avec les avis précédents, il y a en effet peu de place 4 tables disponibles dans le service de l'accueil, mais le petit-déjeuner reste malgré tout très complet( voir les photos que nous avons mis) il y a même un appareil pour faire des gaufres soi-même, fruits frais, jus de fruits, boissons chaudes, céréales viennoiseries individuelles yaourts. le personnel est très agréable. je garde cette adresse en mémoire car honnêtement nous avons été très satisfaits il n'est pas très cher pour San francisco.
