  Room was very neat and clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. Good location coming from the East and not wanting to stay in Reno.

  They did the procedures at the reception very quickly and the non-smoking room was incredibly clean and smelled nice. Everything in the room was very clean

  I've stayed a week recently and checked out in the morning today. The ladies there up until today were on point and they helped me whenever I needed something. When I wanted an extra towel, I got an extra towel. When I needed trash bags, I got them. Unfortunately today, I expected the politeness I've gotten during the rest of the week, but this morning, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and acted very disrespectful. I hope an attitude fix can be addressed, because I wish I could return here again without rude people like the girl at the front desk this morning.
