  After driving 12 hours pulled over here because they said they were open. Went inside and nobody present but tried 3 times with the phone at the front desk labelled to use for assistance and no answer. Just rings through until it disconnects.

  Thank you for the great stay. We were in Kempville for a medical procedure. We had a change in plans based on Dr recommendations and had to leave earlier than planned. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and reimbursement was not an issue. They worked with us in order to make it happen. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are renovated and being able to sit outside to get fresh air was amazing. Thank you to your staff for the flexibility and understanding! We would definitely return. All the best!

  We stayed three nights here. Our daughter's family lives nearby and this was a very convenient place to stay that was nearby. I gave them 5 stars in every category because the rooms were clean, they were quick to respond to several requests, and the location was near to where we needed to be. This is a nice family-run operation and they desire to give the traveler a nice basic place to stay - and that was our experience.

  Honest review. They are stingy about every little thing. The best thing this hotel has is the breakfast and the coffee machines. If they were kinder with the service, they wouldve received 5 stars.
