  We spent our last day in Dallas and wanted to stay close to the airport. I have to disagree with many of the negative reviews! For 1–2 nights, this hotel is perfect! Unfortunately, it was too cold to use the pool, but the free airport shuttle (both ways) and breakfast were a huge plus. The breakfast isn’t fancy but more than enough — yogurt, cereals, coffee, orange juice, and toast. Our room was clean, with an average but comfortable bed and a bathtub equipped with clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Unfortunately, there was no toothpaste, but there was a hairdryer. The TV had lots of channels, and there was also a fridge and a microwave in the room. :) Anyone complaining about the noise from the highway or airport probably booked the wrong place — what makes this hotel convenient is also what makes it a bit noisy.

  Affordable-ish price, but kind of falls flat. Great location for reaching the nearby airport, or a few fast food joints down the street. Our room left a lot to be desired. The AC and freeway were obnoxiously loud, room smelled strongly of bleach. Outlets would go between working and not, the bathroom door was visibly water damaged with paint and a couple layers of wood stripped from the bottom, at one point I had what I believe was a bed bug crawling on me I smushed. Got home and washed everything I packed. The breakfast was free, but all they really offered was bland cereal, milk and juice, maybe bread or small muffins. On occasion we'd come down on time for breakfast to see the buffet closed early. Vending machines barely worked and kept getting stuck, if it accepted your money at all. Considering nearby competitors look cheaper for better reviews, it left us just disappointed.

  Used their airport parking because it was cheap and that should have been the only red flag I needed. Called in advance for pick up from airport and have been waiting for 45 minutes now and still nothing. You can hardly understand the lobby people on the phone from bad English. Just spend the extra $15 and park at a much nicer hotel with much faster service

  I just use your stay for parking and a shuttle me to and from the airport and I stay there for $6 a day Great Value great people easy check in and check out

  Few words non positive shout out to my Telugu friends from the.church on gateway here in Irving Regarding the visit made yesterday at suretstay by best western in Irving off Easters Take a wide birth from this place first off the front desk isn't people friendly whatsoever and the clerk profiles people. This place is very unfriendly and not going to warmly invite you in. They are only concerned in the money aspect but not having both traits in the hospitality world. Limits you as a person and a company. Any company grows because they look at the big picture like helping out the community. I can't go into why this place isn't a guest friendly environment to visit Make that choice for yourself. Good day and God bless. Mark
