  Lisa at the front desk was the highlight of our stay! She was so incredible and warm and helpful! I came here on a business trip with my husband and our baby. She helped us bring our suitcases up to the room and also helped us bring breakfast back into our room when our hands were busy with baby. She is incredible! The rooms were clean and we truly did enjoy our stay here. Will stay again next time we are in the area!

  Super noisy with trains right next to the place. Weird location, bugs in the room, and the toilet was dirty. Really disappointing stay

  Recently renovated, and was done nicely. Very clean hotel, room was spotless. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Safe area. Breakfast was just enough.

  Rooms look really nice and updated. Floors were dirty. Only noticeable when walking barefoot unfortunately. Place was very noisy. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs and hallway. People's voices carry big time because of no carpets. Opened breakfast late. So I went into town for coffee and breakfast. The mirror for bathroom area was nice but poor lighting.

  Every Best Western should have beds like these, awesome awesome job on renovations. Love the vinyl flooring throughout. Will definitely stay here again. And gal at front desk was great.
