  The room was clean but the clothes rack was coming off the wall and the lamp was hanging down Breakfast was a joke cereal,oatmeal or yogurt. Coffee and orange juice

  As soon as we walked into the room, there were no lights, only the main light as you walked in! We went to look at the lamps, NO LIGHT BULBS in all but ONE! We then checked out the bathroom, which actually did have lights but had BLACK MOLD. We immediately went to the front desk, they offered us another room but one that had, wait for it, NO LIGHTS OR A TV! They offered a refund which will now take up to 14 business days with my bank to have completed and reversed. I suggest you stay clear unless you have NO choice due to financial reasons to have a roof over your head. Mold is a serious health hazard. We did call Best Western Customer Service and file a case/report.

  STAY AWAY FROM HERE the room lock didn’t work and i felt very unsafe the floor was sticky and the bed was dirty and i was greeted by roaches in the morning!! not to mention the whole place smells like mold and mildew! sleeping on your car is 100% the way to go if this is your only option!!!

  Value is equal to total price paid of $44.78 (includes all fees and taxes). Very rough, not clean, pet hair, blood on comforter, and sticky floors, but it's better than sleeping in your car, and.it's tolerable for the price. It rates a 1 star....lowest of 5. But ok, if your expectations are low, and your wallet is low on money.

  Great for what it is. I used it to grab 5-6 hours of sleep on the long drive up I-75 and it's perfect for that. The public spaces are dingy and the carpet in the hall is ancient. BUT - everything works, there's plenty of soap and towels. There's a mini fridge. Parking lot is well lit. Price is low. If you want to spend more there are other choices nearby.
