  The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve my issue, they were dismissive and unprofessional. Definitely not the level of service I expected from this hotel. They charged me $100 dollars for a “ruined” comforter. It had two drops of blood on it, and when I asked for the comforter being that they were charging me one hundred dollars she said they threw it out and hung up the phone on me.

  When I pulled in I was skeptical, but the room was quite nice. Not much around thats in walking distance. Seems like families live there long term; at least thats the impression I got as so many doors were propped open on the inside hallways and people seemed well established. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable! They offer free breakfast but there is also a Dennys and an IHOP adjacent.

  I have been coming to this hotel for 3 years And have always experienced expectional service from each and every employee that works here! They are always eager to tend to your needs absolutely awesome Guest services. Not to mention the nice and fluffy comforters on the bed for the awesome rate’s !! So worth the stay!! You would be silly not to book a room here! Love it and I will continue coming here!! No complaints! Thanks for keeping up the good work!! Love this hotel 💜room 107

  My parents (dad is sick) stayed here for 3 nights after a pipe burst in their home. Upon arrival Monique (believe she is the manager), after explaining their ordeal, helped us with an early check-in. She was very pleasant & understanding. Housekeeping staff both while on & off duty (we saw a couple on break outside) were super nice. All staff greet guest and make sure to ask if everything is okay. Hotel made the situation my parents a little less stressful. Thank you.

  I booked the room a few days prior on their website when I arrived it looked more like a motel than a hotel but I didn’t make it to my room because after driving 3 hours with my child I wasn’t able to check in bc they don’t accept master card or any form of tap to pay the woman at the front desk was so rude and did absolutely nothing to help me I luckily found a Hilton down the road and it was great they took my payment no problems. I’ve NEVER experienced something like that and when I look at their website it says nothing about there limited payments they accept which is visa discover and American Express. Mind you while the girl was telling me they don’t accept tap to pay it was on the card machine. I was desperate so I offered cash as it was late and I didn’t want to drive along looking for a new place to stay. Customer service was despicable for such a low grade place
