  I have been to this hotel over and over again for the plain reason of how kind the staff is! Whenever you pick a hotel, you always wanted a place that feels like home away from home and that is EXACTLY what this place feels like! Not to mention that the staff does everything to make you feel like home. Good prices, good breakfast, good company! Highly recommend when traveling to Columbus!

  Reasonably priced, can pay in cash or card...does require a deposit for the room in addition to the room rate but that's returned after checkout. I accidentally left one of my bags with my shirts and my cologne spray and they held them for me at the front desk.

  Misleading!!!! DIRTY!!!!! Upon check-in I pulled the top sheets back and there was a long hair near the pillows and dirt on the sheets. The sheets and pillow cases were so wrinkled they just looked nasty. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets and pillow cases but was told they didn’t have any. The desk clerk called someone on the phone on speaker and all the guy on other line was concerned about was making sure i didn’t destroy the room, not the dirty sheets(i was in room for 10 minutes). They offered me another dirty room and when I refused they refused a refund. I only booked because of the good reviews but they were very misleading. Better off sleeping in your car or under a bridge.

  Good little room if your looking for a place to sleep. Close enough to walk uptown and to the river walk. Well lit parking lot as well.
