Little breakfast compared to other Best Western locations. Service was great. No jacuzzi. Would stay again.

NOT KID FRIENDLY.... So I wouldn't necessarily recommend if you are traveling with small toddlers. My party and I had a somewhat negative experience particularly in the hallways there were moments in time when we were moving from one place to another and the kids we were traveling with, were loud and it upset a lot of the guests here I believe some of the guests stay here long-term. One man, (and I kid you not) even threatened us, he told me, " you haven't met God yet" and to my friend towards her two children that were under three "you better shut that kid up before I do". I was honestly contemplating calling the police but we just went in our rooms and closed the doors but it could have gotten to that point. Me and my friend were scared I mentioned to her that we should just hurry to our rooms because we don't know if that man has any weapons or anything and he was visibly upset, cussing and screaming. People can be crazy nowadays. Staff didn't intervene maybe they didn't hear him but we had to go downstairs and tell them about the incident a bit later. And I understand where the guests were coming from, while we were in the hallway some of the children were loud and it amplified because it is an indoor hallway but we were mistaken going off the assumption that most people would understand that with small children especially children under three there's really so much you can do especially in a moment's time. And I should add on, the incident the guest that threatened us happened at 7:00 p.m. at night which in my opinion is fairly early, the only time someone could really complain about the noise was when we were in the hallway with the kids which was maybe once or twice. Other than that we kept our kids in our separate rooms and slept during regular sleeping hours. Therefore I felt like the lashing out was very unnecessary and it happened with at least two different guests here and like I said I believe they are long-term guests because even one of the staff members noted that these people pay lots of money to live here from a month-to-month basis. By the way my party and I we're only here for one night. My friend who got her kids threatened by the gentleman ended up leaving that night because she felt unsafe so she headed back to Phoenix. Other than that, the rooms are very clean The staff is very pleasant, and the breakfast in the morning is satisfying. At the end of the day everyone is different, me personally other than my two friends I'm traveling with just my 4-year-old, every time we came out our room I warned her to not say a word because I didn't want to stir up any more trouble. So if you are considering staying here with your small children (small children particularly between the ages of 1 and 5) and you can get them to act right in a moment's time then of course stay here. But if not, and your toddlers are exactly that....toddlers then I would think of going somewhere else. Also when we arrived around 8:30 a.m. while unloading in the parking lot, there was a gentleman who was staring at us and talking to us from the first floor through his window and he was completely naked (I am not exaggerating that.)

I stay here alot. It's very convenient off the highway next to a few food places. Nikki has done a great job at managing this hotel. Her staff is great and can't wait to come back.
