The staff were polite and helpful. The room was on the ground floor and had a musty smell. Comfortable bed. Located beside the housekeeping laundry room. The noise in the middle of the night came from the lobby area. The breakfast was good, nothing special.

I am very sorry to post this, I give the hotel 5 stars for both cleanliness and rooms, there is no problem there, the problem is that they hire people without ethics and without knowing how to solve a simple problem, apart from how they see you they treat you, I was at work, and I went on Monday the 6th to leave on Tuesday the 7th, to start with the girl who was there that afternoon at around 6 or 7 pm was very rude, just because she saw me Latina even though I speak both languages perfectly English and Spanish, she had people waiting there, while according to her she was busy talking to another person in the hallways, I told her if we could check in since I was tired because I had a terrible day and then this happens to me, what anyone wants when they arrive at a hotel is to be understood and respected, it does not matter if you are from the moon or Mars, the girl very reluctantly tells me yes she wants and I oops I think she got upset, but I was going to work since that is what I do to give reviews of hotels and their rooms, but that's another story, well reluctantly she checked me in and says satisfied and what about me? but even so out of respect for other guests who were still waiting I didn't say anything, besides she takes an extra deposit from me, it's the first time in the USA in the 48 states that they ask me for a deposit, if I didn't pay with a foreign card, or anything like that, more than a week has passed and the money still doesn't appear in my account, I call to see what's happening and she tells me that because it's a foreign card it takes longer to reflect, I explain to her that it's not foreign, it's from the USA and even so she tells me that she can't do anything, after that I ask to speak to her manager and first she tells me that she's busy that she can't help me because she's serving another client, I explain that I need to speak to her. and then she tells me that she's not there, meaning she's there or she's not there, that she lacks professionalism.

I wish I could have given this place at least 4 stars….but this place smells!! The whole hotel has a very bad damp odor!!! I stayed at this place on 10/11/25 I was initially given a room on the first floor, the smell was very strong and it was missing a mini fridge. I asked to get the room changed since I needed the fridge, and I was given a room on the second floor. The smell in this room was not as strong but it still smelled. Towels could definitely be better as well. They were not soft at all and felt rough. I’m giving this place 3 stars because breakfast was ok and young lady at front desk was very nice upon check in. And location is great. This hotel seriously needs to consider figuring out how to get the smell out. Makes me wonder if there might be mold!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great—close to shops, restaurants, and main roads, which made getting around very easy. Parking was also convenient with plenty of space available, which is always appreciated. However, there were several issues that took away from the overall experience. Upon check-in, the hotel clerk was not particularly welcoming or helpful, which set the tone for the stay. My husband and I were initially assigned a room where the door latch would randomly lock from the inside, preventing us from entering. The hotel clerk tried getting it to work, but we were not having that. We immediately asked for another room because we did not want to keep dealing with that during our stay. Noise was another major issue. Both employees and other guests were loud during early morning hours, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. You’d expect some level of noise in a hotel, but this felt excessive and unmanaged. Lastly, the breakfast was very underwhelming. There were no hot options—just cereal, muffins, and some beverages. No eggs, no protein, nothing substantial, which was disappointing for what’s advertised as a complimentary breakfast. Overall, while the location and parking were definite pluses, the lack of customer service, noisy environment, and poor breakfast offerings made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. Ultimately, you get what you pay for. If you want a better experience, be ready to book at another hotel with a higher price tag.
