  Stay away from this company. It was a disaster. A 2 day job turned into a 8 week job. They took on a job they had no business taking on. We hired them to install a tub and shower walls. They had to rip it out and start over. And only did so when I put up reviews. They finally finish and offer a discount and then try and take the discount back. My water pressure is low now, they chipped the walls, scuffed the tub, the floor isn't level, crappy caulking job I pretty much had to redo it, etc. Crazy. Don't waste your time with these guys. And I have dealt with so many different employees. When I call back to deal with the same guy they are gone. Terribe company.

  I have been a contractor for over 50 years, and a few weeks ago I contacted them through Facebook for leak detection, and they turned out to be real scammers. I recommended them to one of my long time clients and they scanned her over $25000 for a job that should have cost no more than $10000.

  Your AI powered phone service sucks. I have been trying for 2 weeks to call you guys and your AI, Charlie, keeps taking my message but never passes it along. Either check your AI powered phone system or give us a new service number to call.

  I can't get a real person to call me back. So annoying. AI answering service. Am trying to cancel a service contract that continues to be billed and I do not remember signing up for it.

  I don't recall agreeing to receiving phone calls from these guys, but I got one at 6am asking about their service. Dude, I moved away from B-more 5 years ago. At least cross check your customer list before you set some poor bro calling people. Anyhow I recall they did a fine job but they're in the wrong time zone. If I hear from them again I'm changing my rating to a 1.
