  We were fortunate that they came out quick but they have a lot more people to deal with and you will notice. They do very quick work and the end result shows. Hire them to tear stuff down but do not hire them to repair anything.

  5 stars all the way! We had a pipe break in our kitchen that put an inch of water in every room of our house in Flagstaff. Being that it's our second home I was not there to stop it and didn't see it until I happened to look at one of my remote cameras. SRS was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I called them. They were onsite within 90 minutes (4pm) and had all the water off the floor within a few hours. I was there with them the following day and they did a superb job moving the furniture the garage, taking out the damaged baseboards and LVP flooring, being very careful not to create any additional damage. The full dry out process took additional 5 days. Now we'll just need to replace the floors and baseboards, because of the clean work they did, no additional painting will be needed! Jay the owner was very helpful along the way explaining the process and his crew that did the work were top notch. One thing that I really appreciated was that they took LOTS of photos during the cleanup, as well as a 360 degree photo walk through as soon as they got there to show the insurance exactly what was damaged, so there should be no questions as to what got wet and what didn't. In the worst case scenario that this happens to you, SRS is the company I would recommend in Flagstaff!

  I could not have been more pleased with the team at Superior Restoration. The customer service, price, and timeline were all exceptional. We were on a tight timeline to get some damage repaired and back to normal before renters came. They worked hard to get all the work done within in our timeline and did so with the upmost courtesy the whole time. They kept me updated on progress throughout. In terms of cost, we got a couple of quotes. Not only was Superior's quote the lowest, but they guaranteed their price and were able to start work the quickest. Fingers crossed we won't need their services again, but if we do, I know who we'll be calling!

  When I called this company to help us with water damage due to a waterheater leak they were out to our house same day within 1.5 hours. They really did a great job from start to finish drying everything out & putting all back together like nothing had happened. Very happy with the work and would recommend their services. The staff & crew were very curteous, timely & professional .
