  Lived there for over 1 year. TERRIBLE Management, leaves much to be desired. What to expect: (ask me for the videos) CHEAP kitchen cabinets Closet doors that don't slide properly Bathroom cabinets that don't fit- leaving a big gap with the wall. Whatever happened to "measure twice"? Cheap vinyl flooring and even CHEAPER carpet, the cheapest. Yet, when you move out, they'll bill YOU for premium materials.

  I had an excellent experience renting here. As a college student I was looking for a nice, clean, and quiet place to call home away from home. These apartments ticked off all of these boxes. Thanks to the manager Lina, I had all my questions answered and she was so sweet. She was patient and helped me with my application process, fast and easy! I enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend.

  As of oct. 10th. Management has changed and it's not the place it once was. The apartments are small and noise is a problem if you want to leave the windows open. I mean either it's loud outside or you can possibly be loud. You cant watch tv or have a conversation with your windows open so you must constantly leave your air on and increase your bill. So basically no fresh air if you decide to try to enjoy a evening. Manager is rude. Alot of people have been complaining about her.
