I have a gas station on Michigan Ave. in Mobile, AL. I called Superior Petroleum Services because I had one of my two pumps had stopped pumping gas. Their technician showed up and spent almost two hours inspecting and trying to figure out the problem. He strangely suggested to inspect the other pump that was working fine, and asked us to authorize that pump so he could check the nozzles. He stayed outside for a while, puzzled and talking on the phone, then he came inside the store to tell us that he couldn't figure out the problem. By that time, the other pump (the good one) had stopped working as well. We tried to explain to him that the other pump was good before he messed it up, but he denied that he was the one who caused it to stop working. Before we knew it, he left the store and took off. I called their office, and the lady on the phone told me that she would call him to see what happened, then she would call me back. 40 minutes later, after failing to wait any longer for her to call me, I called again. She told me that her employee didn't "touch" the other pump and that I should find another company to fix both of my pumps, because they couldn't. I will have my lawyer call them very soon, with a copy of the repair receipt from another service company, also with an estimate of the financial damage my business had suffered. If have a tiny bit of responsibility towards your business, my advice to you is NEVER EVER CALL THEM OR EVEN HAVE THEM DRIVE BY YOUR GAS STATION.
