  I will never recommend Superior. When Claudia came to service my air conditioning my AC stop cooling the house. Instead my house is soo hot like 100 degrees . My pets has to go outside and I was getting headaches because of the heat. I have to go buy 4 more large electric fans and had to open all the windows at night just to cool off. Prior to their service my AC is working and it was comfortable at home. I called for check up just to service my AC. My insurance Home Serve sent them to provide service. After Claudia came to service with her apprentice, the house no longer cool off it was staying at 89-& higher degrees . We gave it 2 days or so to give time for the work to kick in but still the house is so hot. The temperature outside is even colder.So we requested for a follow up service with Superior and requested a different technician. I called on Wednesday. They scheduled the following week Tuesday. On the day of the scheduled day Claudia informed me that no technician is available but her. She said she is the scheduler and the daughter of the owner of the agency. She can not accommodate my request . She has no compassion at all. Arrogant to inform me that she is the daughter of the owner and she does the scheduling . I informed her that the reason I am requesting for a new technician is because she turned my AC into a Heater. And also I requested that prior to her rescheduling .she stated she remembers the conversation but now she is the only one available. She has no compassion and very unprofessional , she does not care for their customers. My AC prior to her working on it was cool and providing comfort at home. I only called to service it for maintenance check up .

  I had Claudia from superior mechanical come in on time. She was very professional and honest she came on time and got right to work. She was able to find the problem and fix it within a few minutes. Prior to calling superior mechanical I had called another company which informed me that I needed to replace the unit and would cost thousands of dollars. I’m glad I called superior mechanical because of them I was able to save thousands of dollars!
