  Karl did an amazing job setting up our trip to Kauai. Everything went smoothly from the flights, rental vehicle and room rental. We were walking distance to Poipu Beach ⛱️ Beautiful destination! We will definitely book our next trip with Karl..

  This is a crooked outfit the new owner Rosalind Smith is horrible she stole our money and blamed it on the prior ownership who were amazing. I dealt with this company for years and always was treated great this crook is a joke and she wont even return a call

  I had the misfortune of having Roslyn Smith as my families travel agent. We were gravely disappointed by her service she never would return phone calls emails or even collect our payment we’re trying to pay. There was completely neglect from the beginning of our initial payment until the final balance was paid. See you made numerous mistakes and collecting payment including payments to the accounts. We booked a tour for San Francisco for a private driver she gave us a totally wrong address where to meet the driver. Our family has used his travel agency in the past when we received excellent service and very professional service. This time our total booking and trying to have our payments credited to us was totally unprofessional see persistently did not return your emails in a timely matter nor your phone calls. There were numerous hotels switching and they were problems getting our final information regarding the itinerary that we had for San Francisco and Hawaii. If your assigned travel agent is agency is Roslyn Smith I hope you think again having her to handle your travel arrangements.
