Superior Animal Hospital is a client-focused and patient-driven veterinary facility serving the dogs, cats, rabbits, and ferrets of Superior, WI, and surrounding areas. Our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, boarding, grooming, microchipping, health and travel certificates, laser therapy, chemotherapy, X-ray, ultrasound, in-house lab, parasite testing and prevention, dental, general, and advanced surgery including spay and neuter, cherry eye repairs, oncology surgery, ACL reconstruction, TPLO surgery, pain management, and more! We are open six days a week and look forward to meeting you and your pet!

- HVHeather Vath5 days ago5.0Overall the service is great. Every time you are being met with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. The staff certainly go above and beyond, one of the gals at the reception desk even ran to the front door to open it for me as I had my baby in her car seat and my dog on a leash. That’s exceptional service. They are efficient and kind and really do listen to concerns/do their best to answer all of my questions, no judgment whatsoever. I have never felt rushed to get checked out, the veterinarian even offered to get a staff member to come back to our room to help me check out to make things easier for me (my dog has some anxiety, and my baby was definitely past due for a nap). I’m happy that such kind and knowledgeable folks are working with my furry family member!

They squeezed her in the schedule and found a 6 inch deep hole under her tongue from the stick. They did a complimentary nail cut while she was sedated, and sent us home with the right meds. I was so appreciative of how caring and professional they were. And im so happy my dog will be OK.

- SUSabrina UllmanSep 3, 20255.0I've been taking my dog to Superior Animal Hospital for the past four years, and I have not really had any issues with their services. My pup goes for her yearly check-up and shots as well as bi-monthly nail trims. I have a very anxious pittie who does not like having her nails done, and the nail techs do well with working with her and meeting her where she is at. This vet is also in a convenient location. I recommend Superior Animal Hospital to anyone!
- MGMorgan GerkAug 23, 20255.0I recently adopted a beautiful Blue Heeler puppy and needed a vet for her first checkup. SAH had availability to see my pup the same week I called! The facility is super clean, staff are really friendly and helpful, and my new vet Matt was absolutely amazing! He spent nearly 40 minutes with my pup just calmly talking to her and giving her treats to gain her trust before starting the exam. He was also super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even offered “fun visits” for my pup to come back and just visit with him to help her feel less stressed when coming in for future appointments. I would highly recommend SAH to anyone looking for a great vet experience!
