  Our experience was great! We had all our air ducts cleaned and deodorized and also the dryer vent cleaned. Conner our technician was courteous, knowledgeable and clean up when done. We would definitely refer to others and also use them in the future when needed.

  The young man who came was very professional and very thorough. I was informed throughout the cleaning procedure and my input was taken into consideration throughout the appointment. When it comes time to have my ducts cleaned again.... I will be calling them back!

  Connor did our HVAC cleaning and did a phenomenal job. Our house is old and the HVAC has some unique quirks. The home had also been renovated and the furnace and HVAC were extremely dirty from the construction. Connor did a great job and provided before and after photos. He was also very cautious not to spook the cats! We would highly recommend Superior Air Duct Cleaning and Connor!

  I was very pleased with the results of our system cleaning. I don't know if the price is typical but it was a bit more than I expected. To be fair though we have 27 registers in the house (I had no idea we'd so many) and we also had the furnace cleaned so it is very likely right in the ballpark. It took around 3.5 hours and our system was pretty dirty being a new construction and never having cleaned before so you get what you pay for. Just do your homework (like I did not) and take the base quote and walk your house to count your add ons so you don't get a surprise. Don't get me wrong, I didn't get a surprise on the bill, the technician walked the house and let me know the adjusted quote for the house and wouldn't proceed without approval so it wasn't as if it was deceptive. All up front and proper. Worth it. He identified a problem with out furnace that was internal and was causing us to have a 50% reduction in airflow because some noise insulation had come loose and was blocking one of our two blowers (see image). Can't wait for the cold weather now to see how much of a difference it makes in the rooms that were always cold, i.e. the rooms serviced by that blower line. Thanks Superior.
