  Nice staff . However they should update the dryers lol bcuz they sometimes burn clothes and blankets , especially plush items

  Today’s Service was very terrible customer service is not there at all. Everyone that may ask you question regarding the price of something is not broke sometimes it’s to assure. My experience with putting at $20 bill in the machine you usually will get a free small wash. I rarely use the small wash but sometimes for a quick run it can be useful. I spoke to one of the representatives there and she said no it’s 1.00 every $10.00 I kindly disagreed with her because anytime I do put money on my card I usually get a free wash even when I just put it in without any money I spoke with her but she continuously argued me down. I even asked her to look at the previous card activity to assure that it was true. She got on the phone with the owner and he was very nasty his name is Mr. Tom I. Martha gave his name. I just simply said over $1.75 to a customer that has been coming here 5 plus years you would really argue them down when they never once complained. So we have to end this relationship unfortunately. I would never encourage anyone to go here because of the bad behavior and no care.
