- HEHealth Enthusiast4 days ago1.0It's highway robbery! $900 for 1.5 foot of 1/2" copper replacement that costs $25 in materials and 30min work with standard plumbing tools. The toilet wax ring replacement was $800 because "the toilet has to be removed"... it's a 30min job too! $500/valve replacement. I later asked a mn independant plumber and he would have charged $200-$300 each time. They charge you $89 for the visit if you know what's wrong and $180 if investigation needed. They do come quick, like the others Sila, 128, etc... Same business model though 128 makes you think you get a 5-10% discount as well as the credit visit. Yet they all recuse the sahre their oricing charts ahead of time.

Polite, friendly, and goes out of his way to make the customer feel comfortable in their final decision on what to do. Works diligently and in a timely manner. When the project is done, he gave us a walk through to show what he had done and what to do in the future. He also gave recommendations about what else might need updating in the future. Highly recommend Raul and Super Service Today.

He was friendly, courteous and concise with his explanation to us , of what he was doing, as he did it. The plumbing problem was fixed in record time. We will definitely use his services in the furure. 11 out of 10. Would highly recommend him and his company.
